How often should I reset DRYOUT?
After DRYOUT has been used to remove moisture following noticeable exposure (rain, spills, condensation, heavy humidity), reset it before reuse. For frequent daily use, resetting every 4–6 weeks is a good general practice.
DRYOUT does not need to be reset after every use, especially during routine carry without noticeable exposure.
Can I use DRYOUT while my device is powered on?
No. Keep devices powered off while moisture is being removed. Powering on a wet device can cause short circuits and permanent damage.
Can I charge my device while using DRYOUT?
No. Do not charge or connect accessories while moisture may still be present.
Can DRYOUT damage my device?
DRYOUT removes moisture vapor and does not introduce heat, pressure, or chemicals during normal use. Damage is typically caused by the original exposure, not the drying process when DRYOUT is used as directed.
Does DRYOUT guarantee full recovery?
No. DRYOUT is designed to remove moisture and reduce risk, but outcomes depend on exposure severity, duration, device condition, and handling.
Is DRYOUT safe and compliant?
DRYOUT does not require power or batteries, does not contain hazardous materials, and is evaluated for applicable regulations (including California Proposition 65 where required).
